Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us through:

Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refusing to accept a COD or prepaid order after dispatch may result in future order restrictions and deduction of return shipping fees.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, a 100% refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days. Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
