Refund policy

Flaris (flaris.in) aims to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Product dislike
  • Dissatisfaction after product use

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery.

Parcel opening video is mandatory for verification. Without a proper opening video, claims will not be accepted.

3. Buyer Changed Their Mind

Refund requests will not be accepted if the buyer changes their mind after placing the order. Placing an order on flaris.in confirms a legally binding purchase contract.

4. Returned Parcels (Customer Not Accepted)

If a prepaid order is returned due to non-acceptance by the customer, the refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

If the refund is not credited within 15 business days after approval, please contact your bank or card provider.

Return Policy

At Flaris, we want every product to bring satisfaction. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Damaged on Arrival

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory
  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

After verification, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

3. Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement. Damage due to misuse, water exposure, or wear and tear is not covered.

4. Change of Mind

100% refund is possible only before dispatch. Once shipped, refunds are not available for change-of-mind cases.

5. Wrong Product Delivered

Please share a parcel opening video within 24 hours. After verification, the correct product will be sent.

6. Returned Parcels

If a prepaid order is returned due to non-acceptance, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
