3. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:
- Record a parcel opening video when you receive your package.
- Report any issues within the specified warranty period.
- Send us the order number, issue details, and video proof via WhatsApp or email.
Once verified, we'll arrange a pickup and replacement at no cost. Replacements are typically dispatched within 7 working days after approval.
