Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct to avoid delays.

 

Shipping Time

 

   

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days   
  • Express Delivery: If available, will be shown at checkout 
 

Shipping speed may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

 

For COD orders, please keep your phone active. Courier may call before delivery. If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt 1–2 additional re-delivery attempts.

 

Tracking Information

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to update on the courier portal.

  • Festivals / high-volume periods   
  • Courier operational delays   
  • Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes

Wrong Address / Non-Delivery

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer non-acceptance, the customer may be required to pay reshipping charges to dispatch the order again.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or is delayed beyond expected timelines, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist. Depending on eligibility, we will provide a replacement or refund.

 

When contacting us, please include your order number, photos of the damaged item/packaging (if available), and a brief description of the issue.
