1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are possible only if your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not provide refunds for a change of mind, dislike, or dissatisfaction after using the product.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To help us verify and process your claim quickly, a parcel opening video is mandatory.
3. Buyer Changed Their Mind
We cannot accept refund requests for buyers who change their mind after placing an order. Placing an order on flaris.in constitutes a legally binding purchase contract.
4. Parcel Returned to Us (Customer Not Accepted)
For prepaid orders returned to us because the customer did not accept delivery, refunds will be issued after deducting the shipping charges for the return and the original delivery (two-way shipping charges).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
6. Refund Process
